Gold rush the game fps fix

And where’s your question?

Buy a new GPU because it’s far under minimum (the minimum GTX 760 is around 3 times faster than the 940MX). Maybe you can try to set all to minimum and possibe play in 1280×720.
Your amount of memory is fine.

The optimisation is not so bad as someone says (he bashes often around against the devs, their products and people who aren’t in his opinion) even my Phenom2 X4 965 could run the game on around 20 fps with a full T3 setup (but the CPU was limiting, of course, the settings could be made to high / ultra except wind, foilage and shadows to minimum without losing frames, the RX480 is often bored).

The deformable dirt is a complete mesh structure which needs good computing power and is not easy to spread on multiple threads so CPUs with high IPC and higher clock are good, singlecore performance is more critical than many cores (above 4).
On my 8700K laptop (with GTX1070) the fps goes below 40 fps in rare cases, mostly over 60 fps (I’ve limited with vsync because Nvidia is still not capable to implement a fps limiter into their drivers like AMD has since long time).

Thanks, if you dont mind, i have another question. I got this thing for the sale so i bought parkers, which comes with frankenstein machinery, but when i go up to frankenstein, it says i have to buy the DLC. Why is that?

EDIT: Nevermind, the game itself hadnt been connected to steam for some reason.

Gaming laptop with an “office GPU”? Ok.

The other problem seems to be solved, sometimes you have to uncheck and check again the DLC in the game settings (rightclick on the game in Steam Cient). Before somebody finds the next reason to bash against the game: It’s a Steam bug and can happen in other games, too (I had this on Train Sim World with release of the first DLC).

Edit:
I remember I’ve had tried out the game 1.5 years ago on my old Dell (i7 2670, GT540M) and I think I had to use the minimum and 720p settings. I don’t know anymore how many equipment I had on the claim and the fps but it was playable (of course not with high fps).
But the game engine had several updates meanwhile, so things may be different now.
