Sky Bet believe that nothing should get in the way of your enjoyment of sport. Not restricted view seats, not lukewarm Balti pies and definitely not betting. That’s why we’d like to introduce you to some simple tools to help you stay in control.

Take advantage of these simple tools

Coronavirus Update

With more people working from home, self-isolating by the day and with less sport on we recognise that more customers may be playing at Vegas and Casino.

We don’t want these changes in circumstance to lead to anyone losing track of time and money when gambling, and the negative consequences which could follow from that.

With this in mind, we want to flag the importance of our safer gambling tools, which can help each and every one of us stay in control and keep gambling both safe and fun. Whilst we advocate the usage of tools whenever you’re using our products, the message is particularly important given the current circumstances.

Through the research we conduct with our customers, we often hear the sentiment that ‘Safer Gambling tools are great, but I don’t need to use them’… Well, the tools are there for everyone to help our customers manage their account. Not just for our customers who feel they need them.

Safer Gambling tools should be used from the outset, to prevent people from ever reaching this point – they provide a system to help everyone stay within their boundaries, and gamble with both money and time that they’re comfortable to spend.

Below, you’ll see a list of the tools we offer, along with descriptions of how they work. Please do take the time to familiarise yourself with them.

Profit & Loss

This brand new simple tool lets you know the full score instantly. Choose a time frame and see how much money you’ve won or lost for that period. You may be pleasantly surprised by how much you’re up. But it’s also designed to flag up just how much you’re down.

Deposit Limits

This simple tool lets you cap how much you spend before you bet. You can set your deposit limit for a day, a week or a 30 days. Once you have done that we will make sure you aren’t able to deposit a penny more. You know your limits. Let us know them too.

Cool Off Periods

This simple tool allows you to take a break from the action. You can take a break for anything from a day to a month. Enough time to cool right down. And cool, calm and collected is the best way to be.
